Didn't say anything about whether it is going to be a great or not so great special, however we have no clear policy about it. I've seen canceled shows (by network) with a special yet to air set to ended before and some not.

if the 2 hour finale is running next year, it is obvious to set the show to running as it clearly has not ended yet!

And yeah, it's a great news! The series is more than deserve a decent wrap up.
Considering status – the special will not appear in the schedule, if the show is "Ended", correct?

there is no question that the show is running, Thomas is just teasing me :)
What about Psych, Should we set that to running too ? They have a tv movie airing some time in december.
