It's not a bug per se.
Single letters/numbers with dashes between cannot be searched for, so search for "911" instead to find this show.

It's kind of not obvious. Those symbols should be removed/ignored automatically. The series name is 9-1-1 and people should be able to find it by it's name.
Also trying to search for this show via the API becomes tricky, as this returns 404: http://api.tvmaze.com/singlesearch/shows?q=9%2d1%2d1
That's an unfortunate show name. Definitely a bug to me, but no ETA.
