There's a missing episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/736/teenage-mutant-ninja-turtles) that I think should be added as an unaired episode, but I am unclear on what episode number to use. The episode title is "Insane in the Membrane", originally scheduled as episode 19 of season 4, to air on Saturday March 4, 2006, but it was pulled from US affiliates of 4KidsTV at the last minute after Fox Broadcast Standards and Practices deemed it too graphic. It was later made available on the 4KidsTV website, but did not air on TV in the US until August 2015 on the Nicktoons channel. Should it be added where it appears in the sequence in other countries, at the end of the season, at the end of the series, or ?

Downton Abbey and The Gilded Age have been created by the same person and he has let some clue there might be a link in the future between the 2 shows. But nothing is official at the moment.

I think the franchise relation should be deleted, for now at least.
