I've replaced the episode main images for season 2 of Between the Covers. Can the old ones be deleted for all 6 episodes? They are less than 720p so are too small. Thanks :)

you just add the new season, a season name is only needed if the network gives a special season name.

well, I can cite a lot of shows who have a cast or crew member or even a showrunner who says they would like a show to come back but it doesn't make those shows TBD... From my understanding the TBD status if for shows that are between seasons and haven't gotten a cancelled or renewed announcement by the network, and that isn't the case of sherlock. It was announced the last season was the last one, the actors said they don't see themselves doing it anymore and the network hasn't said anything to the contrary either.
