The tv series on Amazon, "Hunters" Season 1 has 10 episodes on TVMaze and 11 episodes on Amazon. Also, the names of the episodes on TVMaze do not match up with Amazon, except for the first episode.

Probably because the first 2 episodes from Amazon is a continuous episode (no credits in the middle) so those 2 are treated like a single episode.

I guess it seems right if your counting "In the Belly of the Whale," Part 1 and Part 2 as a single episode. However, Amazon shows them as two separate episodes. Anywho, no big deal. Have a good night.

If there is a break between the two parts, two separate episodes should be created. Examples of a break are credits or titles appearing on screen for a second time; or a voice-over introducing the second part.
If there are separate titles (even if the only distinction is "Part 1" versus "Part 2") for the two parts, two separate episodes should be created.
If there are separate cast- or crew-credits for the two parts, two separate episodes should be created.
We have a similar situation to https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/49333/star-trek-prodigy - we got a bunch of complains episodes # / names not matching Paramount+ :)

When season 1 was originally released it had 10 episodes with feature-length episode 1. Shortly before the release of season 2, Amazon discarded the original listing, and cut episode 1 in two parts.
