Definitely not Universal Channel in the UK, as that no longer exists.
It did, however, air in the UK on Sky Witness from August 2023. 

We have November 2022 set here for Season 3, but I've no clue where that streamed.

If its only airing across social media accounts then I dont think we'd include it.

Can confirm Vinterveiens helter/Ice Road Rescue airs on Sundays here in Norway.
