I was looking at TheTVDB, which may be why things are incorrect here as well then. But.. If the site showed only 13 episodes for season 2, did the remaining episodes ever actually air?

According to wikiepdia, it was aired on two separate networks. First in Canada as two 26-episode seasons, then in America as four 13-episode speasons. It seems to be primarily a Canadian production, so I think their episode order is probably more valid.

Ok, since the original homepage had things as 2 seasons and other sites notes that it aired on the originating network that way but as 4 seasons in the US I went ahead and deleted seasons 3 and 4.

You can request shows using the link at the bottom of the page. If there are seasons/shows missing, you can add them as long as you're following the data policies. Keep in mind initially you can only make a few changes before someone has to review them to make sure you're doing things properly.
