Could the default runtime for Rock Paper Scissors please be set to 15 (minutes)? Follows the typical cartoon style of two segments within 30 minutes (with some exceptions here-and-there, similar to how shows like SpongeBob are aired).

Since some dont run for 15 minutes i dont think that it needs changing
