While there's no press releases with those episode names or dates they have been confirmed in a interview the producer did with deadline.

That should be good enough. As for some it being special I don't see that happening as recap episodes always air as regular episodes on the reality shows on NBC.
A. Pretty sure I've been told in the past (for other series) that we wait until the we have the official title, so they should be titled "Episode #" and with the airdate until the title is officially confirmed. (Or just "TBA")
B. I'd say a 15th anniversary special episode should be listed under the 'specials' section... it would be one thing if it were just a recap of this season, but that's already happening in "AGT: Best of Auditions" on July 21, so this is likely a 15th anniversary special highlighting moments/acts throughout the entire series, so that would definitely be better off as a special than a S15 episode.
EDIT: Honestly, I haven't looked through the policy guidelines here that much, as I usually am just adding verified info and not speculation :P
No clue if these policies are still used, but...
"For the vast majority of shows, the network or web channel assigns episode titles to each episode. In such a case, the original episode title should be used, without any changes to e.g. the punctuation or capitalization. If a future episode for such a show is officially announced but no title is known yet, "TBA" may be used as name until the title has been announced as well."
So yes, based on that, we should wait for the official title to be released from a source. I've also sometimes added episodes as just "Episode #" like on these AGT episodes, now I see for future reference to just add it as "TBA".
