Yes, we do have Cruncyroll's airdates; Family Theatre didn't air them until January 2020.
If you look at https://gineiden-anime.com/news/850 you'll also see that there a time-limited release (2 days per chapter) on GYAO! after it aired in cinemas. Unfortunately it's a little difficult to know if they released it as 3 episodes, or 12 on this.
Personally, I think it should be allowed as it's clearly also been designed for TV release and being done at almost the same time. We would then update it to be on GYAO!
However, I'd like to hear other's thoughts.

Yeah, it's hard to rely on Google Translate, but according to it "All three chapters of a second season". They also exist on Japanese Amazon:
Chapter 1, Chapter 2 and Chapter 3
