After ticking the box "Return to this page after a successful create" it would be sweet if the cast type that is shown by default is the same one you entered last time. And it would also be nice if the "Person is appearing as him/herself" checkbox showed the same value you entered last time. It's pretty common that if one person in the cast is appearing as him/herself, so is everyone.
I also think it would be great if "Create New" was the first option in the drop down list, rather than having to scroll through a bunch of wrong options first to find it. Sometimes you just know that you're creating a new name and scrolling through names isn't helpful.
Finally I think that actor name suggestions should include results from the current show. It rarely shows results from the current show/cast there.
