Hello, I have attempted to add an episode to an existing page but I get an error message that prevents me from adding it. Please advise.

What is the error and what is the show?
The show is The Chase: Celebrity Special and it says that "This entry already existed in the past, so it can only be re-created by a Trusted Contributor or higher".

I know we have discussed this before, but I believe the episodes are in the correct order now
So, you move episode out of its correct listing in the first instance over to "Specials" & then you ask for it to be re-added again?
I have no clue just what you have done or why you have done it, but you have totally messed up this series. Please, leave it alone! I will, once again, now have to go through the entire season again, thanks for that!

Not just the season.... just at a quick glance I see at least 4 duplicate entries, for both S07 and S06.
The reason is that one of the episodes I could not change from special to regular episode, plus is The Christmas Chase that is transmitted tomorrow separate to the main series 7?

A special always needs to be tied to a season.
All specials are listed and should be listed in the special section within our episode guides, however it is tied to a specific season within that special episode like Juan said. It is clearly a special as ITV's press releases clearly said it is and is not a regular episode.

I am not familiar with this series, but from what I heard from one of our UK contributor, it should.
But it sounds like you aren't sure yourself, so do not edit if you are not sure. Certainly not by moving episodes at your own discretion (which we do not allow and could led into a ban) due to normal limitations of regular users. Use threads like edit request for users with more possibilities to look into it.
