Can someone please delete these 2 episodes of The Doctor Blake Mysteries:

These "episodes" were broadcast as a single "special" which is correctly listed on the episodes page under Specials.

Also, Craig McLachlan experienced his own 'MeToo' moment late last year ... he is currently in court suing for damages against those that claimed he sexually and/or physically harassed them, along with the ABC and Fairfax media networks for publishing their stories.

While the Seven network picked up the show after it was cancelled by the ABC, Seven then suspended the show after these allegations were aired in the media. However, after Craig McLachlan decided to voluntarily leave The Doctor Blake Mysteries along with Screen Australia and Film Victoria agreeing to fund at least 1 episode the show will continue ... sort of.

The 'The Doctor Blake Mysteries' has now been renamed as ... 'The Blake Mysteries' with the new show jumping forward 3 years with Doctor Lucien Blake having disappeared in mysterious circumstances!!!

Anyway, IMHO, the current 'The Doctor Blake Mysteries' should have the network returned to the ABC (AU) and the status updated to 'Ended' but I'm not sure how this site handles such situations.

I've deleted the episodes.

As for the future series please refer to the Continuations/reboots chapter of the policy, it should give you an answer either to consider The Blake Mysteries a continuation or as a new entry.

As to the other matter ... the 3rd & 4th bullet points are certainly true, the 1st at least was true. As for the 2nd we'll have to wait and see.

So we'll leave things as they are until the 1st episode is eventually broadcast.

Hi again,

Either season 5, episodes 9 & 10 weren't deleted yesterday or someone has added 'em both back again.... I suspect the latter.

They were deleted, but JuanArango has added them for the second time.

Perhaps he will continue doing that every third day? I'll test by deleting them now. :P
