So far. Once I enabled JScript I saw the note about availability too. My guess, and it's just a guess, is that some of the series they plan on streaming have rights tied up by other parties in other countries so legal has to dot some I's and cross some T's to obtain permissions/rights. Also possible they found it to big a task to go live worldwide all at once and they'll do it piecemeal. The longer they wait, the more the fans will find alternate means to access to content.
