Deutschland 86 Series

Hi, you listed the new upcoming Deutschland 86 series, as the second season to Deutschland 83. While you could argue because of the cast and the story this is true, it is in fact a different project. It is listed and treated everywhere as a new series, which therefore starts with season 1 and so should it be listed here.Otherwise this will create problems for everyone using the TVMaze data in conjunction with other data sources.

Deutschland 83 was a limited series and is done. Deutschland 86 will start with season 1 and will have multiple seasons.

Could you please change that? Thanks!

I don't know where's this "everywhere", but any sources that include a direct quotes from the series authors, using the words "neue Staffel" or "zweite Staffel", which means, respectively, "new season" or "second season". The official Sundance TV website for the series starting it's numbering from season 2.

Considering that Amazon Prime, where the new season will premiere, now having the series simply as "Deutschland" with 83's installment listed as a first season, I suppose they're also will be listing it as season 2.

Still the same series, they just got creative with the naming.
The 3rd season will be titled Deutschland 89.
