Michael Moore hosted the show TV Nation from 1994 to 1995. In October 2018, TV Nation is returning to TBS, with Michael Moore as host. I don't see the show listed under his credits. How can this show be added?

The show was never created, or broadcast, so the status isn't technically "ended." What happens to shows like this that are announced but never produced?

Per TVmaze policy: Explicitly not allowed are: ... Shows where development is cancelled and the pilot episode was never aired/released
Which means if not a single episode were released the show should be deleted. Otherwise it stays in the database as ended.
The show is scheduled for deletion.
