is there anyway to find out when an episode will be aired that was filmed, in part, at my business?? They did not give details and although I watch on a regular basis, I certainly would like to have a viewing party for my customers and staff! Any ideas??

You could/should try your contact who made the arrangements to use your business for filming. They should be happy to help you out as a viewing party would be good PR for their show (and your business) especially if it makes the local news or papers as an interest feature. To use this site, you would, likely, need to know the episode number or name in order to see when it is scheduled to be broadcast unless you were able to identify the episode from just it's description. Hope this helps. :)

EDIT: If you don't have the contacts info, you could try going through the the local NBC affiliate ... they may like to do that local interest feature as it could help them with their ratings ... coverage at 6, film at 11.

Oh your idea would be great IF we knew the episode number...the local director/producer said that all the footage goes to CA and the top folks decide what is to be used where, when, what stays, what goes...that's the whole problem..I'm sorry, I should have put that in my original question. Thanks though so much for taking the time to respond...much appreciated!

They still should know what episode it was filmed for, at least a production code # ... whether it's used or ends up on the cutting room floor sounds like is beyond their knowledge ... unless the scenes were general background type scenes that could be dropped into any episode.

You could have a viewing party every week till they show up ... who could be against a weekly party? :)

Depending on the knowledge you have about it, if you know of any guest cast that appeared in the scene, you could rule out any episodes which didn't have them.

It may also be shown on screeners (through the NBCUniversal Media Village) prior to broadcast, but unfortunately they're embargoed anyway so the chances of finding out via that route are pretty slim.

It seems like your contacts is your best, maybe the only feasible option to finding out in advance.

I can certainly give contacting the local folks who set the whole filming up can't I? At the time of filming they didn't know name of episode or anything but maybe by now they'll have some info. they can share. Will give that a try and see if either they have answers, or, at the very least, directions! Thanks and I will let ya'll know the results!

They started filming around august, it takes 8 days per episode (usually), i believe they took a break around labour day, you might be able to know that way. It doesn't help much, but it's indicative. Unless you're Supergirl, and your main star starts 4 weeks after everyone else :)

All depends on was the main cast there ? Or any guest actors you may know did lines ?

The filming was done in July...July 26th if my camera phone photos are correct. Oh the main cast was there for 12 hours total after the crew had spent the previous day setting up the inside of the bar...I have a tone of pics of the inside and outside ones taken by all the neighbors and I myself hung out the 2nd floor window to get aerial shoots...they did the fight scene in the bar during the day after spending the previous day changing the décor to reflect 'Shelby's' biker bar...then, after they set up outside and the sun set, they did the street shooting from with the black SUV, with the main character, James Beglie getting in and out about 20 times, then walking to the front of the bar, hainvg a long conversation with another of the main cast, also filmed at least 20 times.....they had changed our front door, put signs in the windows, screwed light fixtures into the brick, had a dozen fully loaded choppers lined up...all of this seems like a whole lot so I can't imagine it won't be in an upcoming episode.
