Why does this network exist in the database?

There are no shows associated with it. And as noted in the description, "The network's programming consists of classic television series from the 1950s to the 2000s." In other words, it has no original programming. Which means that no show is ever going to have Antenna TV listed as the originating network.
Yes? No? Or is there some other reason that it's in the database?
maybe it was added by mistake or request or had some shows associated in the past, but nice catch I will delete it :)

I noticed it yesterday because it was associated with the recently-added Paul Lynde Show. But my stepfather has Antenna TV, and I've watched a few shows on it. And noticed the discrepancy since the show aired in the 70s when Antenna TV wasn't around.
Is there a way to search for networks?

No, you can only go through the list.
That seems... about 50% useless. :) If I want information on a network, I want to look for the network. Not find a show that belongs to the network, and then backtrack.
I also don't understand why it would be added by association or request. Someone put in the description, and the description says it doesn't have any original programming. Who put in the description, and why didn't they read what they were (probably) copying?

Only thing you can do is use the different sort options.
I cannnot answer your question, a mistake?, a slip through? Who knows, but you saw it and it is fixed now :)
Presumably Heroes & Icons should be deleted as well, for the same reason.
