Ch4 have 'Safe at Last: Inside a Women's Refuge' on catch up as a one-off documentary, but when you watch it it has #Dispatches all over it. Can it please be added as new Dispatches episode?

Well, considering that it was filmed by the same team, and most sources (including the Dispatches' twitter) treat it as a Dispatches documentary and even the trailer bears a Dispatches logo, I think it's a fair point. Will add it now.

Just a quick note - tv sites are listing programmes as Dispatches but All4 are making them available for catch up with individual titles NOT in the Dispatches list.
