The title basically speaks for itself. A lot of networks have changed their name over the years, so it's only logical (and consistent with other name properties) to have AKA field for the networks and web channels.
Maybe something more elaborate (if possible), which would allow to use different AKA of the same network for different shows.
I've always thought it would be nice to make it possible to see the previous names + from-till year for networks.
Maybe the system also could've automatically substitute the corresponding name depending on the running year of the show/season. Something like that :)
I agree. Would like it to included years aswell so you can follow the namechanges through the years.
