In cases where a series has more than one known name. (AKAs and English version of non English series' names when added to sites like Netflix)
It would be handy to be able to choose which name the series comes up as in you followed list.

It depends of where I get the show from.
For instance I know Scandinavian and Icelandic shows by their original names since I see them usually on Icelandic tv, but ones I encounter via Netflix by their English titles.
For your particular use case it seems like it would only work if you could set which countries (or languages) should display their native title.
Even then you'd come across some issues;
The data policies state that if there's an official English name for the show, that must be set as the main title and everything else as AKAs.
If you set it to show Icelandic natively and there's more than one Icelandic AKA, which should be shown?

I think the OP meant the ability to manually choose from any available AKA for each show in their watchlist. I'd second this, I prefer to see the original name for every foreign show in my watchlist.
BTW, the policy doesn't state that for every show, only for those with original name in Kanji: When this is the case, the English or transliterated name takes precedence over the Kanji version.
Probably this statement needs to be clarified/rewritten? Now it sounds more like an exception, while Normally, the name's original language and character set should be used, no translations or transliterations.
