Yesterday the images on the site stopped working... I'm not sure if its some settings on my profile or adblockers or what.... Can anyone give me some ideas on how to fix or reset things...

Which browser do you use? Try different one.
If you're using an adblocker of any kind, try to turn it off and see if it helps. Also you could try to open TVmaze in "Incognito" mode of your browser, this way you'll know, if it's a fault of some extension or plugin you're using.

no change on running in private mode
