API for images: add attribute fields

- Add language of the image in the JSON data. Can be left blank if no text appears on the image.

- Add resolution of image in the JSON data

We don't currently track the language for images, so that would need to be added first.

R.e. resolution, you already created another thread for that where I replied; image resolution attribute.

Image width & height are now available in the API! See for example http://api.tvmaze.com/shows/67/images

There is typo in the API Changelog

Added image with and height properties to the shows/images endpoint (https://www.tvmaze.com/api#show-image)
