query for specific show's next showtime

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to query a specific show/series ID and return all of the upcoming airdates/airtimes? I've found it easy to request a schedule and to request specific show/series information, but how can I get the schedule as it pertains to a specific show/series?

Check out the "episodes" endpoint, it includes all of a show's episodes including airdate/airtime. For example: http://api.tvmaze.com/shows/1/episodes

thanks! Does this show the original airtime or the episode, or when it will air in the future? It looks like historical info / I'm trying to figure out what's upcoming

No, it strictly indicates at what date and time the episode had his first release.
