apparently, because you were negligent and made too many mistakes.
in particular, you added a bunch of guest stars to the main cast of Lupin, made quite a lot of mistakes in people names, for some reason added crew members with completely wrong occupations, etc.

also, you probably noticed in our database people are listed with their first name going first, yet you adding them exactly the other way round.
if you understand those mistakes and will do your best to avoid them, I will unblock you. but your editing level will be reset, so you'll have to go through thresholds again, just in case.
