I’ve requested to let them know that there a show is cancelled but I got message from them saying my request is rejected. Is there a reason why I get rejected from that? I’ve send them the link to prove that it is officially cancelled.

A show request form is not intended for this.
And we already have the 'ended' status for this show, what else do you want?
