Failed to request new show: Nova Vita because id's already taken

I tried to request Nova Vita as a new show. But got an error that both tvdb and imdb is already used but i can't find the show by id's or name here.

tvdb id: 399247

imdb id: tt10887724

I can't make sense out of this.

Looks like a request for it was rejected because it wasn't attached to a network or streamer at the time.

If that have changed you can re-request it without the external id tags.

I approved the old request since the show is running now on C More.
