How to download episodes to CSV?

robman wrote 4 years ago: 1

Apologies in advance if I'm missing something obvious or posting to the wrong forum. I previously downloaded all episodes of some TV shows to CSV, but now I don't see the UI for this. Here's an example page of where I believe it was previously https://www.tvmaze.com/shows/5487/starsky-hutch/episodes. Thanks to anyone who can assist.

Are you looking to download data or the actual episodes?

We are not a download or torrent site for episodes. We're an information site only.

He's asking to download the information to a CSV file Shelley, not to download any actual episode :)

@robman I'm not sure if it is possible or it used to be possible, but maybe @david can enlighten you with this information.

Thanks to all for the replies and sorry for the confusion. @david is correct that I had downloaded from a different site. Here's an example URL on the off chance anyone is interested http://epguides.com/StarskyandHutch.  Note the the title at the top of the page: epguides.com & TVmaze present. There's also TVMaze episode links in the CSV. My next question was going to be: when did your site get the radical UI overhaul?  :\

I think they are just using TVMaze API to get episode data. They used to use TV.com before, but they closed down.

Thanks for the reply. If you are interested, the epguides FAQ page explains the switch to TVmaze as their list and episode link provider (they previously used TVRage and TV.com; the latter is now defunct as you mentioned). It's cool they've been around since 1995. Their website still has that look, and when I had mistaken TVmaze as the CSV download site I was looking for, I was like whoa, when did this site get such radical UI overhaul? :\
