Now, with her birth date she is 22 years old, and if we look at her credit I just added for H2O episode from 2009 that would mean she was 10 year old in that episode.

I cannot believe that is someone who is 10-years old. Meaning her birth date which was probably taken from wiki or imdb may be incorrect.
Of course, there is always a chance that she just looks very mature for her age, but I'd really want to hear a second opinion here. It does seem to be the same actress judging by her appearance, so it isn't just a different actress with the same name.
