Whats the process here? Should the first be deleted?

Our policy says, that we do not allow any network to rewrite history, it was premiered as it was and needs to stay like it. :)

but shouldn't episode 7&8 in "The Movies That Made Us" be deleted, as they are duplicates and duplicates aren't allowed?

Oh Yes of course, as they were not premiered as those.
