I've been attempting to update missing data for award shows recently, and now I'm going through the NAACP Image Awards. Need a bit of help, however, as I'm not sure on a few things...
1. Why does it seems like only a few random years were added here? 1984, 1996, 2014-2017, and 2021-2023... even though from 1967 to 2023, the awards were only not held in 1973, 1991, and 1995.
2. What ceremonies should actually be added on? I've been trying to figure out what year they started airing it on TV (which I still honestly haven't figured out), but from Wikipedia, it says it was, "taped for television by NBC" from 1987-1994 (so maybe 1987 is the first year it aired on TV?), but, "would only be broadcast in primetime" starting in 1996, then started airing live on FOX in 2007, and then for the past few years, was either aired on NBC, TV One, or most recently, BET.
Any help figuring this all out and adding what should be added on here would be greatly appreciated.
