We track the shows initial premiere as its main airdates.
TomSouthwell, the show is not listed as "der-schwarm" in the US, It's listed as "The Swarm" If you are going to search show listings on TVmaze, you're going to search for "The Swarm". No one other than you would search for "The Swarm" as "der-schwarm".
TVmaze should change this to "The Swarm" or add an additional listing.

It shows up when you search "The Swam" and has an image very much obvious to people who would be searching the show in the first place. They could easily check the page for the show description to see if it's the right thing.
This is why we have AKA's. Searching for https://www.tvmaze.com/search?q=the+swarm returns the show you're looking for, and on the show page it's listed "Also known as: The Swarm".
