Is it OK to put the recap of a season in the season's summary or not?

Even if you could, what would be the purpose of having exactly the same text ? You all will be ignored by the search engines. And american official summaries are protected by copyright law so that would be a no but i'm not entirely sure how fare use would enter into consideration.

Indeed, copying a recap from the official site is not allowed. Will clarify this in the upcoming policy.

Sh*t, than I just added recaps for 4 seasons (season 4 - 7) of Mad Man illegally :S

I allways added "Source: AMC.com" at the end of the recap tho.

Do I have to delete them or...?

Network recaps don't seem to fall under the site's copyright policy:

http://www.tvmaze.com/site/copyright

In practice

this means that we only allow content that..

cannot be copyrighted: facts, such as episode names and airdates

has been expressly created for the purpose of distribution, such as press releases or press photos

has been released under a license that permits redistribution, such as CC-BY

was originally created by the user submitting it to TVMaze
