It would nice to have both options as a way to see how watchlist ( Thumb and minimal ) and it would also give a faster way to see episodes missing image and synopsis =)
Apologies for the late response. Umderstandable that you would want an extra visual hint and description. We will add it at some point while further developing the watchlist.
