No mixup, The Sign was advertised and listed as a special.

I think it was advertised as being special in that it was 30 minutes instead of 7, like how shows will say "on this special episode of" so and so based on the subject not it being a "special". FWIW, the official site lists it as episode 49.

ABC still list it as its own thing here.

We would never class IMDB as a source especially when we have two (although conflicting) official sources above.

Thank you for your clarification. The issue stems from that Kodi would not list the last episode, hence my request to make them show up as 49 and 50.

I would take that up with Kodi not with us :-)
