I had to log out yesterday and haven't been able to log back in since. (Signed up with Google originally.) Tried several times, tried waiting several hours - it says the same thing: Error, cause unknown, try again later etc. I had to create a new account but I'd really to get my old one back. Couldn't find any other options to get in touch here. Please, help:)

No, because I'm using Google login, so there was no password set. I'm logged in on one device, so I can see my account, but it doesn't allow me to set a new password without the old one, which is kinda dumb since there's no old password. And, now I can't log in with any other device :-(

This seems to be linked to Google-based login, Google's API has randomly started returning errors to our request but I can't see why.
For now, the solution should indeed be to reset your password. Even if you originally signed up using Google, requesting a password reset will allow you to log in normally - as long as you verified your email address after signup. Just visit https://www.tvmaze.com/account/passwordresetrequest (on the device where you are not logged in).

Thanks, that worked :-) I only tried to change my password which, of course wasn't possible... and never thought of the 'forgot your password option'.
