Is there some sort of standard to which we should refer, or is it left to the discretion of whomever is posting/editing? I'm asking specifically about Jessica Jones (simply because it's the most recent off the top of my head) and I'm pretty sure I've seen discrepancies elsewhere, too. Shouldn't the title character be the top-billed? Or is there some other guideline out there of which I'm not aware (say, order of appearance or drawing power)?
