Ratings Roundup Week of November 25, 2018

ABC returned from the Thanksgiving break with new episodes and one premiere. The Great Christmas Light Fight is back. The Connors again topped the chart for the network with Modern Family and The Goldbergs not far behind. The Rookie gained a tenth while The Kids Are Alright was steady. Is the network now burning off episodes of Child Support? Interestingly, the new episode that aired two hours earlier, had some of the best rating for the show this season.

CBS returned from the Thanksgiving break with a lot of reruns. The highlight for the network was its Friday night lineup. MacGyver gained a tenth from its last new episode, Hawaii Five-0 was steady while Blue Bloods lost a tenth. Murphy Brown was steady, but with the stable of waiting comedies CBS has yet to air, fans should probably worry about the possibility of renewal with those numbers. God Friended Me gained two tenths thanks to the NFL boost.

NBC had a quiet week. New Amsterdam and Manifest were both steady and both should see an easy renewal in the Spring. The Voice bounced back with gains for both nights. Will & Grace lost a tenth, have to start wondering if that renewal is going to get rescinded. Blindspot gained a tenth while Midnight. Texas held at its usual low.

FOX had a steady week. Something must have enticed the Lethal Weapon fans, the show gained a tenth from its last new episode. Probably not enough to save it, though. The Gifted was also up a tenth. Empire and 9-1-1 were both up two tenths, Star was steady.
