God Friended Me closed its series with back-to-back episodes, even with the previous week. NCIS Los Angeles ended three episodes short and was down a tenth. Young Sheldon returned after a week off, up a tenth. MacGyver lost a tenth while Magnum PI was even.

NBC saw a nice ratings return with the Parks and Recreation special last week. The Peacock is not having much luck with Council of Dads, though. Jerking the show around the schedule for the last couple of months hasn't helped, but its premiere in its permanent time slot was low, don't expect it to last. The Voice was down nearly half a ratings point. Songland lost two tenths.

Most network shows will wrap with whatever new episodes they still have this week, so there is one more week of Ratings Roundup next week as well. Upfronts, which were scheduled for the week of May 11 are up in the air as networks scramble to decide how to move forward during the current lockdown situation in California and the likely delay in production filming. Renewal information will be posted whenever the networks release their Fall plans.

Yeah, that was what I was curious about/meant, if the storylines would get carried over into next season even though I was asking about the specific episode count. Thanks for the reply.
The story lines will likely carry over to the next season, but I doubt there will be increased episode counts. Keep in mind, too, there is going to be a delay for when filming can start up again, so chances are, next season will be short seasons as well.
Prodigal Son's finale was awesome, I'm really hoping it gets a second season. Though I've been saying that pretty much all season. :) And I have a question: I know a lot of shows had to wrap production early, what happens with the episodes that they couldn't film? Do they get added to the upcoming seasons when they're able to start filming again?
