Francine's cousin Bridget Malone tells two men, Blair Devon and Arthur Travis from New Haven, that with the money her neighbor, Mr. Arlington, received for his shop, he was going to move to Bourbon Street. Yancy and Pahoo as Arlington's body is taken away, and Bridget introduces the two men. Blair says that he planned to buy a small strip of the dock that Yancy owns and Yancy agrees to meet them for lunch. He reminds Bridget to consider their offer and leaves with Arthur.
