It appears your email provider is refusing our confirmation mail, which is probably the result of a misconfigured spam filter. Unfortunately there's not much you or we can do about that besides letting your provider know and hoping they'll listen.
Thank you for letting me know. I will email customer support that email from your site is blocked.
Thanks! Looks like the email provider is AT&T, correct? For your and their reference, their error is as follows:
553 5.3.0 alph165 DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 178 62 161 121 >_is_blocked.For assistance forward this email to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net (in reply to MAIL FROM command))
(Our mailserver isn't listed in any known DNSBL's and conforms with all industry standards like SPF, DKIM and PTR; so the problem is definitely on their end)

Thank you. I will see what I can do.

Oh, yes, my provider is AT&T.

I cannot seem to get the AT&T form for reporting the problem to work. Neither can I get in touch with anyone at AT&T that can deal with the issue. They keep telling me that it is a problem on the sender's end.
Why will I lose my account if I cannot verify my email address? My email address is valid and I do not want to open a new account with another provider just for this issue.
Hi beau,
No worries, we'll verify your account from our end. Any specific explanation from AT&T on what might be the issue exactly? If not then it could be they are trying to brush you off.
good on you to taking action in order to resolve the issue.
cheers,
Jan

I think it is a "brush off" from them.
Of course it's easier said than done, but you might want to look into switching email providers in the future. If they block senders arbitrarily, who knows what else you're missing.
Just to let you know, they will specifically ignore requests by individuals to have domains de-listed; it has to be the system administrator that does it.
This is the first time since 2000 that I have ever had this problem.
I also use AT&T and had the same problem. I am using my Yahoo account now and not having the issue. Because AT&T's email is provided by Yahoo, I am able to auto forward from Yahoo to my AT&T account and read the confirm email. It appears the configuration problem is between Yahoo and AT&T.
I have been trying to resolve this issue on my end and finally got to the correct link for reporting this problem. The only issue is that it must be filled out by the sending admin as opposed to the receiving e-mail as there is info needed that I don't have. It is different from the link that was provided earlier in this thread. I am asking that an admin try it and see what happens.

I use SBCGlobal.net which is really AT&T. I do not get the email confirmation notice for me to reply to it. I've tried multiple times with no luck (checked Spam and Deleted folders, etc.) and I really don;t want to lose access. Please help verify me.

when david or jan around they might be able to help you.

Do you perhaps have a secondary email address you can use for TVmaze? As far as I know AT&T is the only provider with this problem, so anything else at all should work.

That is the same answer I got. Create another e-mail address with another provider. I haven't done that as that is just another e-mail address to keep up with and I already have more than one, all with the same provider. So, my e-mail address is still not confirmed, If confirming our e-mail address is necessary for this site, then maybe they should have an e-mail address to send from that can be received by AT&T customers.

Thanks for the help. SBCGlobal was the email server that AT&T used in my area (NE US) and is still one of the servers AT&T uses is my area.
Do you want me to setup a gmail or yahoo account just to get verified? I will probably never check it again.
What happens if I stay unverified?.
Personally what I'd suggest is set up an email account with another provider (like gmail) and then set up a forward so that all of the emails go to the AT&T one.
