Hi

I'm really sorry this is totally in the wrong place but I have searched everywhere and cannot find how to start a new thread so this is all I could do but is totally in the wrong place. Please could someone tell me?

My query is as follows: I had forgotten that I was paying for TVmaze Bronze and was therefore very surprised when I was automatically rolled on to another year's subscription. I would like to stop this from happening again next year so please tell me how to do this. I have no memory of subscribing anyway as it was so long ago.

You can cancel your subscription here: https://www.tvmaze.com/premium/dashboard. By doing so, you'll continue to have the benefits of your premium subscription until its next expiration date but it won't be automatically renewed anymore afterwards.

If you wish to request a refund on your existing subscription, please contact us via email and we'll look into that for you!

Hi David,

Sorry for the delay in replying but many thanks for your help. I did unsubscribe though I didn't work out how immediately as I had previously checked the dashboard - I think I couldn't see the wood for the trees (or was having a senior moment!) but got there eventually. As I tried to cancel the subscription before the due date I have asked for a refund if possible; it's very nice of you to offer and really appreciated so thank you very much :)
