Mariana Adams Foster (born May 17, 1998 as Mariana Gutierrez) is a main character on the The Fosters. She is the daughter of Ana Gutierrez and the adoptive daughter of Stef Adams Foster and Lena Adams Foster, the fraternal twin sister of Jesus Adams Foster, and the adoptive sister of Brandon Foster, Callie Adams Foster, and Jude Adams Foster.
Her birth mother is Ana Gutierrez while the identity of her father is unknown. It is estimated that she and her brother were with her drug addicted mother until they were around 5 years old before being put into the foster system when Ana finally abandoned them altogether.
