Four men run out of a building, "Z"s cut into their chests.. Behind them, a person in a suit lights up fireworks. They shoot into the air releasing green gas, and the four escapees choke to death. Jim calls General Wade, who says that Walker has eluded their dragnet. He tells Jim that nothing is standing in the way of unification and he's recommending they begin it immediately.
