Dan gets his briefing at a photo gallery and is informed that Andreas Solowechek. a member of an Eastern Bloc trade delegate. Andreas was arrested the day before for the assassination of Senator William Townsend. Townsend's extremist supporters, led by his primary supporter R.J. McMillan, are demanding that the U.S. break off relations with the Communist Bloc. The Cold War would heat up.
