On a scorching day, a pair of oldtimers decide to tail an irascible lady. One of them believs that the lady is about to be murdered because of the heat.

Might just be because I saw it first, but I think I liked the 50's version in "Alfred Hitchock Presents" (Season 1) better than this adaptation.
