This Secret Invasion storyline differs alot from a comic book one and animated one they did in Avengers animated series. Really liked that animated Avengers series storyline where Scrulls took a identity of a couple of Avengers, primarly Captain America, and started wrecking havoc from there and also they had a Scrulls Queen which was a leader and in this version with this series we have Gravik that is a leader. But you know who knows maybe we will see a Scrulls Queen by the end of this series and this storyline of Secret Invasion.
Sadly they can't do that sort of Captain America-impersonator story line without a budget to match
