Bosko runs a hot dog stand at an amusement park; but he sneaks away to the racetrack to ride his mechanical horse.
"Ups 'N Downs" was mostly full of downs, to be honest. It was stranger than life, but not strange enough to be very interesting. Although I did enjoy the race sequences.
