During the Great War, Bosko and a fearsome beast are in a dogfight. Bosko loses, but that's only the first battle.
All I can say is "Dumb Patrol" is dumb. Previously, whenever a Looney Tunes short has sucked, at least there's been some weird animation that makes it somewhat interesting but "Dumb Patrol" has nothing going for it whatsoever. The animation is fairly mundane for a cartoon and the story is disappointingly dull.
