Come on now... Hal has been trying to kill John from the beginning.

it feels (for now, i can be wrong) that hal calculated everything... that his plan isn't done yet... and all that happened until now is part of it

This was a great episode, exceptional even. Though not crazy about the whole madly in love with a woman you spent a few of hours with. Never mind that said woman was actively slaughtering innocent people as you shed a tear for her.

Stewart sure did make the right choice in the end. Keeping something that will make you forget who you are is so not worth it.
